Mr. HUO Tao is our executive Director, chairman of the Board and chief executive officer. He is primarily responsible for the overall strategy, business development, operation and management of our Group. Mr. Huo started the business of our Group in April 2015 and has served as the chairman of the board and the general manager at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since October 2015 and September 2018, respectively. Prior to founding our Group, Mr. Huo served as a senior vice president from 2005 to 2015 at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited. From 1996 to 2002, he served as a lecturer at Shandong Jianzhu University, focusing on teaching and research.

Mr. Huo obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science education from Shandong Normal University in the PRC and an MBA degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing in the PRC.

Mr. Huo is a representative of the 13th National People's Congress. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, and part-time Vice Chairman of the Guiyang Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Mr. SHA Yong is our executive Director and senior vice president. He is primarily responsible for the overall overseas business development of our Group. Mr. Sha joined our Group in April 2015 and has served as a director at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since then. Mr. Sha has also served as a director, chief executive officer at Edgenext North America Corporation since March 2022. Prior to joining our Group, from 2012 to 2014, Mr. Sha served as the chief financial officer at Beijing Huafang Technology Co., Ltd.(previously known as Beijing 6.cn Technology Co., Ltd.) Prior to that, Mr. Sha served as the chief financial officer at China Auto Rental Inc. from 2012 to 2012. Mr. Sha successively served as the financial controller, and the vice president and chief financial officer at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited from 2005 to 2011.

Mr. Sha obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from Nankai University in the PRC. Mr. Sha holds the qualification of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. DAI Xiang is our executive Director and senior vice president. He is primarily responsible for the overall business development and operation of the Group. Mr. Dai joined our Group in April 2015 and has served as a director at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since then.

Mr. Dai also served as the general manager at Guizhou Baishan Cloud from April 2015 to September 2018 and has served as the deputy manager at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since September 2018. Prior to joining our Group, from 2008 to 2014, Mr. Dai worked at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited. Mr. Dai obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University in the PRC.

Mr. WANG Kang is our executive Director and senior vice president, and is primarily responsible overall overseas product construction and research and development management of our Group. Mr. Wang joined our Group in September 2015 and has served as our executive Director and senior vice president since December 2023. He has also served as the deputy general manager at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since September 2018.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Wang worked for Beijing Chang Xun Tong Network Technology Co., Limited from 2012 to 2015, Shanghai Wangsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd.（300017.SZ） from 2007 to 2011, and Changchun Jida Zhengyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd.（003029.SZ） and its subsidiaries from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a major in information engineering in the PRC.

Mr. TONG Jian is our chief technology officer, and is primarily responsible for the overall technology research and development of our Group. Mr. Tong joined our Group in May 2016 and has served as our chief technology officer since then. He has also served as the deputy general manager at Guizhou Baishan Cloud since September 2018. Prior to joining our Group, from 1999 to 2016, Mr. Tong served as the general manager of R&D center, at SINA Corporation.

Mr. Tong took his undergraduate studies in information management at North China University of Technology in the PRC, and obtained an MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in the PRC.

Mr. ZHANG Jingwei is our chief financial officer, and is primarily responsible for the overall financial management, legal affairs, strategic investments and investor relations of our Group. Mr. Zhang joined our Group in June 2021 and has served as our chief financial officer since then.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Zhang served as an executive director of investment banking division at ABCI Capital Limited from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as the general manager of Investment Department at China Resources SZITIC Investment Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2018. He served as a vice president of investment banking department at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited from 2009 to 2016.

Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the PRC and a master’s degree in science from University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
